My overall experience at Dr. Loveena’s office was very good. The staff was polite and professional, especially Isha. She was helpful, respectful, and made the visit smooth and comfortable.
We were in there dr. office today in 117 s richmond hill for my son to get his physical form, fill it out they took 2 and half hours just to get the dr for us I made my plan today to change the doctor tomorrow morning ASAP Tomorrow morning, my first work is to call to Insurance to change the doctor.
Very unprofessional way they work .no team work.Today I wasted 4 hours just for a referral at the end they said they can’t give me referral with the doctor name on it who I want to see.such a waste of time .I am going to change my doctor I suggest who ever read my comment should also .
This was a complete waste of my time and this office values billing insurances over patient care or showing respect for their patients time. I am in my late 30's and I have been taking the same medications for years. I always get a 3 month prescription. This office told me I need to come in 12 times a year to get my regular prescriptions. I do not have a car and have to walk over half an hour to get to this office. She devalues people with mental health conditions and has no idea how to talk to patients about their health.
