They (meaning mainly his employees) did the first 2 stages of my new construction. Which I knew of a few things were not done professionally (like putting in a sewer pipe, but no water lines)🤨 I couldn't get him to come back to finish the installation of all of the fixtures and after I hired someone else, I think I know why he had no interest in coming back. Called and he said he would be out in a couple of days to see what needed to be done. Didn't call or show up. Flaked out. If they don't want to do the job be honest and say so in the beginning. Don't waste people's time.
Loved this company. Helped with a weekend flash flood very quickly. Very efficient and helpful.
Called him on a Saturday, he came out within hours and was very polite and professional. Will definitely call again if I run into any more issues with my plumbing!
Very honest and professional and does what he says. We had him do a tankless water heater conversion because our old gas one was dying. Mr. Loveday didn't hesitate and was on the job the day after looking at it! It was definitely NOT an easy job but he is clearly not afraid to work. We will be using him from here on out and recommending him to everyone we know.
