I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Love Your Smile Dentistry, specifically with Dr. Ellis. My daughter left the office today in tears after dealing with ongoing issues from a crown procedure for over a year. Before getting the crown she had a slightly chipped molar, but it was cosmetic and wasn’t causing any issues eating or any pain. Based on the recommendation from the dentist. This was my first visit with Dr Ellis. And also the most comfortable and fun I have ever had at the Dentist! I have had some really bad experiences over the years actually. Her and her entire staff are so warm,gentle, and welcoming! Dr. Ellis explained everything to me very well and didn't make me feel like she was forcing me to get expensive treatments she simply explained my options. She even told me I could leave cards to promote my business to her patients! I feel so blessed to have found this gem! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Dr. Ellis was so professional and caring! She made conversation and was very polite! She showed me my X-ray results and went over my results thoroughly, never had a dentist office do that. Meme (Hygienist) was super warming and very gentle! Very nice and she made the atmosphere inviting! She had a very great conversation and while she examined each of my teeth, she explained every single thing I needed to know in regard to my teeth health! Went to this location and had an appointment. Arrived there and the door was locked (with an open sign on the door) so I called to be let in and the young lady stated she would unlock the door and that was at 12:27pm so am waiting, waiting and waiting and another young lady sits down at the desk and seen also heard me pull on the door which was at 12:34 okay cool no one wants to open the door so I proceed to walk off and get back in my car.
