This owner is a fraud. Don't waste your time on this spa. She is so unprofessional and rude. She gave me and my best friend the runaround over a groupon. Even though we booked the reservation and gave the groupon code at the time of booking the reservation. I had the groupon printed out but she insisted that it could be a fraud. Do NOT go here . If you want to get scammed out your money then go head. I was not satisfied with my customer service that I received. First off I spent almost $150 with them to recieve no results at all. Tanya makes excuses after excuse an I beileve she knows nothing about the skin . After i addressed my problem to the head manager he did nothing about it as if they wanted me to spend more money with them.. The whole business is a scam and will soon go down hill. Absolute hole in the wall.
I had an amazing experience at Love your skin. I arrived a little early I filled out my forms and was back on the table before I knew it. Tanya was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and kind. This was my first facial and I loved it. Tanya told me a tons of things that I didn't know and also confirmed some things I did. It was just a good experience. The place was clean and smelled great! The gentle music that played while I received my facial was relaxing and put me at ease. Great place!
Not professional. I purchased a Groupon online for Love Your Skin for my sister. First of all the phone number they had listed on Groupon did not work so researched online to find the right number. Second, my sister was fianlly able to set an appointment and when my sister got there, they basically told her she didn't set an appointment with them when my sister had PROOF on her phone that she did set an appointment with them.
