I don’t recommend this company due to irreversible damage causes my rugs with the machine wash. It caused discoloration in clear visible stripes. After multiple calls and emails, I only got offered 50$ credit. Don’t trust their “100% satisfaction guarantee”. Fake motos won’t get me back 2 rugs that cost more than $1000.
I had my rug cleaned and am more then happy with the results. From pickup to drop off, to the cleaned carped. Everything went smoothly . I can highly recommend this company.
