Great service. I had lent my rug to a friend and it came back really dirty full of dog and cat hair. Call Love your rug and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs theirs cleaned. Thank you again.

I had a handmade rug sitting in the attic and my lovely cat urinated all over it for a number of years. I tried to get the bulk of the stubborn stains out with my Bissell Pet Pro. I realized there was still this awful stench though. Either way, they completely saved my heirloom rug, washing it, removing the stains, deodorizing it, and applying new tassels. They completely saved my rug!
Amazing pickup and delivery service and my rug is like new.
