My 20 year old area rug continues to come back clean despite being in a high traffic area of my home. Staff keeps me updated on its wear areas and condition and continues to do their best.
Brought an expensive rug in that a cat had peed on. Paid extra for the service to have it removed. Smelled exactly the same after the treatment.
I brought an outdoor rug there at the end of last summer. It was in pretty bad shape (green and black spots had developed from being out in rain over a couple of summers) and I wasn't super hopeful that it would get clean but I thought I'd give it a try rather than buy a new one. They were efficient and easy to deal with, I received it back all wrapped up so didn't get a look at it until recently. I unwrapped it all and it's perfect!! So pleasantly surprised...highly recommended!
I will definitely try other locations before I return here. My brand new wool rug was stained by my dog. They saw it and recommended a regular wash for $135, and this made it wayyyyy worse. Then it "needed" a $400 colour repair and they should rename it colour stripping until it blends. I went here because of the reviews but they are just a big company and don't think they actually care to get it right, just make money.
