Been a while since I've thought about this company. Actually worked for them for a year or two on and off. I can honestly say I'm really surprised this company is still in business. The owner Montny Quentin Allen craves power over others but when things don't go his way he turns into a person looking for a friend until it changes again. Can't really blame the man for being who he is if you want to take that chance and get to know him. But there's no respect for his employees at all. We have been using LYL for over 20 years at two different houses. Monty and his crew do a bang up job in seasonal lawn & tree care and especially in landscaping. Our current residence had the original landscaping in front yard from 1998 and was seriously bad. Time for a make-over. Monty came to the rescue surveyed the property and quickly came up with a design and price estimate. He had his designer create a colored map which we used to get HOA approval. The total job took 4 guys 10 days to complete but it was well worth it.... read more

So.... We have used this company for a few years now. We had our lights installed on November 1st. The price has always been reasonable. Today we were notified that we would have to pay $60 more this year. When my wife asked the question this is the response she recieved “ They now charge per light bulb (which we were not told) Also, the owner tells my wife that they will honor the price this time but he will not take the lights down/service us in the future.
