I really do like the optometrist here however the office staff is lacking. The lady at the front desk doesn't seem to know what is going on half of the time. On our first visit our insurance wasn't put in correctly but that was fixed, however they ordered another patient a box of contacts and sent them to our house. We thought they were my sons and opened them only to figure out it wasn't his prescription. She also said she emailed both myself and my ex husband but neither of us got ever got the email. I have no idea why the “hours” are even posted online. I get texts that my glasses or my kids glasses are ready and when you go to the office (when they are supposed to be open) the doors are locked. One day a girl peeked out from behind the desk and opened the door for me. This has happened more than once. Also, you don’t just hand someone their glasses and send them on their way, you make sure that they fit properly and that the patient can see out of them. I will never use this place again!
