I have no idea why the “hours” are even posted online. I get texts that my glasses or my kids glasses are ready and when you go to the office (when they are supposed to be open) the doors are locked. One day a girl peeked out from behind the desk and opened the door for me. This has happened more than once. Also, you don’t just hand someone their glasses and send them on their way, you make sure that they fit properly and that the patient can see out of them. I will never use this place again!
