Really efficient, fast, polite, professional. I had two wheels addressed as my car had to go back to the leasing company. I was dealt with by reception staff who were great, unphased by all in what I believe is a very busy site and were extremely helpful and kind. Met the 'hands on' owner as well, again, very courteous and recognises the team he has in place is a good one. I couldn't fault the service. Thank you. Pete

I am extremely pleased with the recent repair work carried out on my VW Polo. A new headlight and wing were fitted, and my car now looks as good as new. The work is of a very high standard. I would also like to thank the reception team also, who are friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. Thank you!
