This review is relating to experiences with Latara Taylor, NP and Jackie, the front office woman who is employed by Love Without Walls. I had a total of three interactions with Latara Taylor, NP. Each time, she was over one hour late to the appointment. She did not apologize once. They refused to return calls or emails. They were told numerous times they were fixing insurance wrong. They continued to treat my daughter AFTER being told not to! It's like they have no office mgr or owner. The therapist just runs the office and no one cares.

I was in Therapy most of my childhood and never met someone who cared half as much as Christina cared about my child in only 1 session of meeting my son. If I could give a higher review I would and I highly look forward to our next session here!!
