I highly suggest looking elsewhere for services this facility claims to provide. The office staff, Brenda Filyaw and Jackie Billups who work in the front office are extremely rude, manipulative and appear to find joy being especially difficult to deal with. These two women do not possess the people skills nor compassion for dealing with others. They will try to twist anything you say or do into something that vilifies you and eliminates any personal responsibility on their part. They are not good people. Stay away from this ... read more

This review is relating to experiences with Latara Taylor, NP and Jackie, the front office woman who is employed by Love Without Walls. I had a total of three interactions with Latara Taylor, NP. Each time, she was over one hour late to the appointment. She did not apologize once.
