This company is horrible! They don’t have qualified employees especially for bedridden patients who need care 7 days a week like myself. I went 2 weeks without anyone to bathe me. They sent one lady out that was hired that day to give me a bath and other duties. She got there and had no idea what to do or how to do it. She thought she was sent here to be my companion. I do not recommend this company to anybody. This is the worst home care providers service around their home aids. Do not do their proper work. The boss lady is very rude and disrespectful. She lets her employees do anything. My mom is ill and they have her clock in the employees and without them even working And they’re still getting paid for not doing the services. They have moved to 5410 Leonardtown Road in Waldorf, MD. Do not use this company. The service is awful and unreliable. They do not have adequate staff to meet the needs of the clients they sign up. We were warned, but did not heed the warning. For 5 straight weekends they were unable to provide us with a dependable caregiver. Don't be fooled by their A+ rating on the BBB site.
