Greatful After receiving a series of colonics at LTDS, my health has improved dramatically - lots more energy, mental clarity, I've lost weight, my skin has cleared up, no more constant lower back pain, headaches, nor gassy/bloaty, indigestion. and much improved bowel movements. My group had a spa party My group had a spa party at Love Thyself Day Spa and the staff really took care of us, treated us so special. The services were superb and staff all very friendly. They even served us some of the most delicious food I've had in a long time, healthy foods that were agreeable to my sensitive stomach. I learned all kinds little healthy tips that have inspired me to put into practice in my life. Thank you all for going out of the way for us! Everything was perfect!

It's Like Heaven... I love going to this spa, always so peaceful & relaxing, especially after a long stressful day at work. Today I simply had a detoxifying hydrotherapy bath & a delicious 1-1/2 hr long massage,Âbeverage includedÂ- oh what heaven!!
Deeply Satisfied... My friend & I went in for a Hot Stones Foot Massage, a sensual retreat which totally invigorated our tired soles; our feet felt right at home. We also had an Indian treatment for the head called Shirodhara. If you've not had it, you NEED to try it! All tension melted away, body, mind and spirit. We both agreed that it was one of the most deeply satisfying experiences we've ever had.
