Terra was nice and friendly, she asked questions to find out what I liked or disliked and simply did her magic. My hair looks super healthy and soft. Not once was my hair pulled during brushing or styling, she is very gentle. I am extremely happy with the quality of the service.
After a lot of bad hair cut/color experiences I do not trust hair people BUT I TRUST TERRA 150%. She cuts/colors my entire group of friends, from short pixies to long bobs. She is amazing with undercuts and somehow always knows what I want even if I can't put it in words. Her coloring skills are impeccable and CONSISTENT. I brought her an impossibly hard copper-y red, and she mixed her own semi-permanent that was EXACTLY correct. It lasted for weeks without fading. I can't wait to get back in town to have her touch up!

Terra is so gentle when she styles hair. I experience no neck strain in the sink, as she simply turns her client's head to rinse. Never has she caused me discomfort during any phase of coloring, cutting, or styling, which for me, is a first. I can't suggest her enough for those of you who are looking for getting crazy hair colors or anyone wanting a pixie cut. I went to her today after getting referred to her online, and she was extremely personable, but professional. She took my hair from light brown to teal, blue, and purple, and it looks AMAZING! Her studio is small, but honestly that made the entire experience feel much more focused on the customer. I will definitely be returning!
