Each time I contact this surgery, my experience with the receptionist has been extremely disappointing. I am made to feel stupid for calling and as though I am wasting their time by requesting an appointment. The manner in which I am spoken to is dismissive and unhelpful, and it feels as though my health concerns are being judged rather than listened to. This Gb very bad they told me first in queu but i waited30 minutes , disnt answer me yet can i understand why???
We had an appointment scheduled for 9:15, and although we arrived at 9:30 which I fully understand was late we came at that time because we were told over the phone that the appointment was at 9:50. The receptionist was completely unhelpful, and her behaviour was, by NHS standards, very poor. I had a bad experience at this practice just 2 weeks ago having left in tears due to the physio being insensitive and very unhelpful... he didnt even look at me properly, made me out a liar. Will not be seeing Love st physio again thats for sure👎🏼 Top scores for both lady doctors, they have been absolutely amazing, i felt listened to and they have done everything to get me the right help and on meds to help in the mean time.
