Business Cancelled prom hair and makeup 3 days before appt and Offered zero solutions to help find another professional to fill the booking that was made weeks in advance. I Was required to pay half up front to book online. (57.50) When appt was cancelled by the business I was only refunded $25. Very frustrating.

I went in (first time customer) to get a lash lift and tint from Bella Green, she was nice, however I left with just a lash tint, which costs $15, and no lift on my lashes (I’ve had this service provided many times over the years from different estheticians and never had a failed lash lift) but after a service that cost $75 with a $25 offered discount, I left having paid $50 for a service that should have cost $15 according to her listed prices.
