Normally love this spot - if you get Mina or Kevin you’re all set. Had an appointment I made a week early with Kevin. When I got there they said he doesn’t work that day and then had me go with someone else. The pedicure was okay, wouldn’t get it again. Got builder gel fill and the color wasn’t shaken and was clearly coming out streaky. My nails were 2 different colors - light pink and then red stripes from the bad polish. Went yesterday for the first time with my daughter, she had Gina and I had Vinny. We both got acrylic full sets and they came out beautifully!! And the nail art came out soo nice aswell! We will for sure be back!
Ella is the best! She introduced me to GelX and it is fantastic for my nails. I highly recommend Ella and her team.
They are never on time, even when you have an appointment scheduled. First time I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time, just for them to take walk-ins instead. Second time, I waited 30 minutes and same thing. They don’t even acknowledge you half the time when you walk in—awful customer service! Definitely won’t be back.
Ella did a great job, they always get you in fast even without appointment and nails come out great. Massage chairs are relaxing.
