I have come here a couple different times and didn't have bad experiences until now. I am so disappointed with my experience today. I got a pedicure and dip manicure. I had two different technicians today and my pedicure was fine but I left completely disappointed in my nails. They look absolutely terrible, I sat in my car almost in tears for 10 min after walking out because my nails look so bad. This is the 2nd time this has happened. There is a man that works there who has drilled the regular polish off my nails even after I tell him its just regular polish. He pretends to hear me but keeps drilling. Painful the rest of the pedi cause he's thinning my nails out so the scraping and cutting hurts. Then he doesnt even ask if I want to use regular or gel polish just goes with the gel. I'm sick of salons forcing gel polish cause its another $15. Went for a mother-daughter mani-pedi experience, and that represents a pretty big chunk of change to me to have that little luxury (as i see it. I know some people do this every week). Nhan did an amazing job with my pedicure. He really took the time and care to help me with a wonderful service. My manicurist did my manicure rushed at the pedicure station, without the uv light at the end etc. Unfortunately the shelf is stocked mostly with off-brand polish, and it is not the best quality. Tam is awesome! At other salons I ended up with bubbly/drippy thick gel, I’m incredibly impressed with Love Nails and their quality. It’s a treck across town for me, but so worth it! Everyone is so sweet and kind, and focused on ensuring a good experience. Thank you!
