I was told 35 for a fill. I was charged 45 dollars and everyone barely spoke English! When I arrived for my appointment it was very difficult to communicate. My nails turned out very thick! Very poor customer service.

Compared to my inspiration photo for prom it is clearly not the same with the nail shape and the designs turned out uneven and unrecognizable as to what it’s meant to be. The texture on my nails is not the same as in the photo. I spent 90 to get my nails removed and then for these nails to be put on before the weekend of prom and I got this. She took more time filing my nails if anything. She filed too harsh, hurting the skin on my finger. I do not recommend as this is my first time going here. Horrible experience the menu says 35 for a fill and the lady charged me $45 and when i called to clarify the shop owner said she doesn't know why i was charged wrong. 0/10 recommend. Fraudulent workers!!!
