I honestly believe that since COVID customer service has changed. People no longer care about their job, but the money. You shouldn’t get mad because I’m telling you-you missed a spot or if you can touch up this area. Instead you do a sloppy job. I kept my nails because I had a function to go to and was going to go back (Sat) but guess what?! Closed on Sat & Sun! It’s ok, we live and learn but I can guarantee you I will NOT be back. The worst place I ever had gone. Not well finished. Very cheap work. It seem they don't have experience. It was my first and last time!
I HAVE NEVER WALKED OUT OF A NAIL SHOP INCOMPLETE until today. NEVER AGAIN
