I was in love with my nails at first! They looked amazing and the service was great but then they got chipped less than 24 hours later which was quite disappointing, especially since I paid more for Shellac!

Got done my SNS dip nails first time from this place just 2 days ago. Can’t believe that my paint already started coming out from edges. Definitely girls were in rush and inexperienced. Spent $60 for this service and that is without even manicure. Should have checked the reviews first.

I am extremely disappointed with my daughter’s experience at Love Nails. Before the service, the agreed price was **$85**, with $50 to be paid by card and the remainder in cash. My daughter made the agreed card payment and then paid the cash amount requested. We believe she was **overcharged by $10** compared with the agreed price. No receipt was provided for either the card payment or the cash payment. I contacted management to try to resolve the discrepancy. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The service felt unprofessional, the gel was applied very thickly and felt uncomfortable on my nails. The nail shapes ended up uneven from finger to finger, and overall the whole thing felt unprofessional. The overall finish was not neat, and even the cuticles were not done. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail and a more professional service. I expected a much cleaner, more careful job. Won't be going back.

Absolutely terrible I have had my nails done here for a number of years but the standard is so bad now I won't be going back. My acrylic nails were unfilled and filed ridiculous low not what I asked for and all misshaped trying to file them myself after wasting $61. The woman who did them didn't understand English had no idea what I was asking for now have to wait for them to grow before I can have them hopefull fixed elsewhere. Don't waste your money.
