I received An acrylic FILL (1 dip) $50.00 Almond shape ( they already were) said they were “reshaped “ $5.00 Gel polish they said was a(dbl French) $10.00/ea Ended up charging me $75.00 I will NEVER return to this nail salon again

I will start by saying that I was a long time customer and past experiences have been mostly good. However something has chaged. I dont know if it is more inexperienced nail techs, poor attn to quality and customer service or rushing through appointments. There has been a consistent lack of attention to detail and inconsistency in application causing a sloppy and poor finished product. I have gone to love nails for a few years now and have almost always had a good experience until today. I spent over $100 on nails that were poorly done. There is paint on my skin, some of the design is sloppy, and it took way longer than normal. I was not impressed. Again, I always have a good experience. I learned my lesson to use my regular.

Jenny is very talented! her nail art designs are by far some of the best nail art I’ve ever seen! ( if you sit in her chair, She has a ton of options to choose from!) She is also so kind, and does amazing work.
