I went to Love Nails last Thursday for my 11:00 AM appointment, and I want to share my honest experience. The owner, Kim, was very sweet and welcoming. She actually took me a little early at 10:50 AM, which I appreciated. A gentleman started by removing my old polish, and then at 11:00 AM, Brandy, who I usually see, started working on my nails. Super sweet people in there I came in there a mess from the airport and they took care of me right away two people at a time so I could get what I needed done taken care of. They were amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you ladies.
Please don't go here... the lady I had was very nice but my nails were unfortunately ruined. I use my natural nails and have for years now- I'm only in the area for the summer and now for the first time in years will have to chop off my nails... I came in with grown out gel and had told them it was my natural nails. However- they proceeded to DRILL the gel off right down to my NAIL. Which I can understand most salons do partially remove gel with the drill before removing with a polish remover. BUT IT DIDNT STOP- she kept dri... read more
