I love a good sound bath that includes healing crystal bowls and Tibetan gongs. Soulshine Warrior really knows how to create a vibe and sound that makes it easy to slip into a higher vibration and ultimate relaxation. I recommend trying it!
I attended an aerial soundbath at Zen Zone in Lawrenceburg and it was wonderful! It was so relaxing to be able to lay in the aerial yoga silks during the soundbath, what a unique experience. Would highly recommend.
Great experience. We did the gong sound bath. It was my first time and felt great afterwards. Cleared my headspace and each sound had a different feeling in the moment. Loved the different instruments that were used. Looking forward to more classes.
I have been to several of Tisa's soundbaths. Tisa is a beautiful person both inside and out. You can tell she is passionate about creating a space of healing for others. I always leave feeling deeply calm, relaxed, and renewed. I recently attended one of Tisa's cocoon sound baths, which I loved! It was like floating in a hammock while being gently rocked to sleep by the vibrations of the instruments. I would highly recommend her soundbaths to anyone looking to experience a deep sense of peace.
I had such a wonderful experience with the floating sound bath! Water is my comfort and to be drenched in the lovely sounds of the bowls and gongs was blissful during our float. Thank you SoulShine Warrior ❤️
