This is the best beauty supply store in the area. You have to go to Knoxville to find another store that can compete. Since Sephora left the JCPennys and moved to Kohls its become a sad sad joke. Anyway, because Ulta is the only option around, you may not find the specific item you are looking for or you may not find it in the shade, color or brand that you want.
