I first experienced Chef Afua when I attended her virtual cooking classes via Zoom. I was hooked from the first class! I love how the same ingredients are used to prepare various dishes during the cooking class. I have prepared several meals on my own. My second experience was during a private catering event…the vegan tacos were delicious. Her meals are full of flavor. She sanitizes the food, cooking utensils, and cooking area. I have been searching for ways to eat healthy but taste great at the same time. Love, light and Alkaline eatery did it. Even my picky eater 8 year old son love it and asking for more . Will definitely be ordering again

I’m not vegan but I’ve had the opportunity to try the food and it was GREAT. I definitely plan on making future purchases.

We’ve had plenty of meals prepped by them, but the TACOS!!!! Hands down the best I’ve ever had!

The food is simply the best!! I’ve had the pleasure of trying multiple dishes and I’m never disappointed. Always fresh! You can taste the love in there too. Chicken tacos slap every single time, they generally don’t make it out of the car. Even if you aren’t plant based, TRY IT!!!!
