Took my ring to size it he was supposed to put gold to it charge me 70 dollar for it when I got my ring it was not what it was except he did not add gold I took it to another jewelry to see what he did he just stretched with what it had and make my ring very thing from what it was so watch out when you go there to fix thing very upset never going to there again

I took my solid gold name ring there that I’ve had since I was nine years old to get welded back together because it got caught on something and snapped at the bottom. These people hallowed out my ring !!!! It’s not the same weight anymore and just slides off my finger. I am still trying to figure out what i can do legally. You can literally see that they took chucks out of the inside of the ring. And didn’t even have the nerve to buff it smooth !!! I am in the process of taking legal action.
