I received a text from my lawn guy that he had someone who could take down a tree for me. I asked that my phone number be passed along. Lawn guy said he could bring the guy by. Whatever. Next thing I know I have people in my back yard taking down a tree. No one said anything to me; it was just gone one afternoon. Guy from Love It shows up to collect a check. When I express that I, the homeowner, should have been consulted he acted like a man-child that didn’t want to take responsibility for the fact that NO ONE talked to me.
