Terrible experience. There is no maintenance of the grounds area, weeds are over grown, buildings have torn metal in disrepair. Our unit was broken into, when I called them to find out if they had security cameras or intended to install any, they never returned my call. They do not have on-site management or an office. They do not provide invoices, receipts, or statements. But you can be sure they will call you in a timely manner if your payment is late... to request payment with a late fee. Not a good experience they don’t maintain anything around the units including snow so a lot of our valuables got moldy or damaged. The person who answered the phone didn’t seem like they cared and said we should have had insurance. They then gave us two months free to “fix” the situation but admitted that they don’t do any matience and don’t plan to.

Love it and Leave it to get moldy! Left our items in storage for 10 months, came back to everything covered in mold with water underneath items. We called in and asked to speak with a decision maker and the manager pathetically hid behind some girl at the office, making her tell us that he was going to do nothing about it. She admitted that there have been several accounts of this happening in many of the units. She asked is yours leaking from the roof or at the door from the snow plows.
