Love coming into the Byron bay store! Not only is the jewellery just gorgeous (bought a watch today), Arna is always such a ray of sunshine! She is the kindest, sweetest soul and always makes your time in the store special.
I was gifted the Jacque hoops as a birthday present and within 6 months, they tarnished and the clasps became very loose and would fall out of my ears. The staff were nice in replacing them but this second pair is having the exact same issues within a few weeks this time! I am aware it isn’t solid gold but still pretty disappointed in the quality considering the price.
Customer service both in store and online was phenomenal!! Staff have been lovely on all my visits to this store and online customer care was friendly and super easy to deal with if you happen to have any issues. My new favourite jewellery brand !!
