On my first visit, I received a great haircut. But, their customer service is horrible. When I attempted to schedule a second visit, no one answered, so I left detailed messages - one on a Thursday afternoon and another the following Tuesday morning. The phone calls are always directed to messaging, yet no one could be bothered to return my call...ever! Disappointingly rude and unprofessional.
I love Carol, my hairstylist. She knows her business, really smart with colors, products healthy for your hair, and she has a great smile! I have been at Love is in the Hair for a year now, great choice for me, you too...
I have been a permanent resident for 8 years in Bethany Beach but still traveled back to Baltimore to have my hair done by my stylist there.
