Employees are rude and condescending. I respect the grind cause obviously they do whatever it takes to get a sale but I told them once I only had $7 after Christmas shopping for everyone and they were so shocked about it and started whispering about me. Most recently they tested a product on my friends hair and left her to walk around the mall with her hair half curly and half straight. Like I genuinely think we're all just entertainment for them at this point instead of actual respectable customers :/

I listened to the sales person in two different occasions. The first one tried to sell me an iron, I get the straightening treatment, so i do not need it. The second time a nice lady offered a serum. My hair is healthy and shiny, even after the straightening treatment. I avoid walking by their stand. They do not take a "no thank you."

I get everyone wants to sell their products and I’ve bought here before when I was younger and I loved it years later today sept 6,2024 I go with my daughter and kindly decline because I already have a straightener and blow dryer at home for my daughter and the man starts saying I’m selfish and I’m only thinking of myself and that I need to think of my daughter and starts using my daughter to fight against me to buy his product sorry when I say no ,no means no!!
