Eric is amazing! The 7 ft. wide room-darkening honeycomb bedroom shade that I purchased 7 years ago needed a repair on the string that lowers/raises the shade from both top and bottom of window. The shade was functioning but recently started to hang a little lower on one side than the other. Eric to the rescue! He was in and out in 20 minutes, fixing both the string problem and replacing the magnets on the top bar so that the curtain is flush again when raised to the top - all at no cost to me! This experience was fantastic. Eric was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I got an in-home consultation extremely quickly after reaching out to him. I made my decisions on what I wanted and he created my order that very same day. He came with examples and pictures. It took less than 3 weeks for all my window treatments to come in after ordering and he installed them the very next day after they were delivered to him. Could not recommend love is blinds enough!
