Sorry to say, but this was probably the poorest lodging experience we've had in the U.S. Only one desk clerk there trying to take care of everything. It took 45 minutes to get us into a room even tho' I'd made and paid for our reservation three weeks prior on a 3rd party site. It was evident the room hadn't been used in a while -- layer of dust on the flat surfaces, unreliable toilet, and refrigerator lined with mold (no, we didn't use it!).
