Would give 0 stars if I could. Called and explained my situation (upside down in loan and the car wasn't working) they told me come on in they'd do a trade. But they didnt. They told me to just call the loan company and the loan for the old car would just disappear. I asked them about that statement multiple times, even asked the financial man after the salesman was done. They all agreed yes loan would disappear. I naively believed them. That was all a lie.
