The sessions with Sara these past 3 months have been powerful and transformative. It has resulted in a noticeable shift with me; I feel more stable and safe within myself. I also just got a really great job offer in the place that I want to relocate to - it seemed incredibly synchronous as the ask if I was interested came seemingly out of nowhere. Sara has such an intuitive way of finding my energy blockages and helping me release them in such a gentle and loving way! I truly enjoyed and appreciated every moment of the Soul Retreat with Sara (and Mandy!!). Definitely the most memorable moments for me were the challenges that took me way out of my normal comfort zone. My goal at this retreat was to be able to step away from my day to day "noise" and "distractions" so that I could really listen to what MY soul has being trying to tell me.
