For a place that supposedly provides care for the elderly, they are extremely rude and insensitive people. The way they interact with them is entirely business-like and they only stay somewhat nice to them because it's money to them. The manager cares more about retaining workers than the people that are coming to the care; the workers (especially the VAN DRIVERS) could care less about the people. Come ON.
