Fabulous gentle workouts with Saskia who guides us through a series of stretching and strengthening movements. The classes are a mixture of various disciplines Saskia challenges us under her skillful guidance during the hour. Most of us have coffee afterwards.
Saskia has been a wonderful support for me. She is genuine and kind with her approach. I'm so grateful to have met her
I attend an exercise and meditation class each Wednesday morning at 8am at the Earlwood Caring Community Centre in Earlwood which is run by Saskia. Saskia concentrates on our balance, all body strength, inner strength and our mindfulness. Whilst it is attended by women aged 60 plus, this exercise class can be for anyone. We aging women benefit especially from Saskia's professional training as it makes us stronger in mind and body. I attend an excercise and meditation class on Wednesdays with Saskia. The lessons always start with a gentle warm up to get the class in the mood! Saskia provides clear guidance together with modifications for different fitness levels. She provides a calm and supportive atmosphere and at the end of the class we all feel refreshed and mentally ready for the day. Saskia is a gentle and kind instructor I highly recommend her class.
Saskia was very good at guiding the conversation, I felt comfortable with the whole QHHT process and got a lot of insight out of the session with her
