I genuinely cannot recommend Saskia enough. She has a way of approaching topics that combine several types of therapy and tailors it to your unique experience. I find her really easy to talk to and I feel so comfortable during the sessions. Working with Saskia has helped me immensely on my own journey of self-discovery and I feel like I have made huge steps around my issues with connection and intimacy. If you are on the fence, definitely go for it!

I had a Reiki session with Saskia which was an incredible experience. It gave me insight into myself and I achieved an emotional release without feeling overwhelmed or pushed beyond my capacity. Her professionalism made me feel grounded, and I immediately felt that she is someone who knows what she is doing and why. She created a space where I felt safe and non-judged. I’m grateful for the experience
