Shocking customer service and disappointing food.The delivery, food quality, and customer service from this shop were completely unacceptable. My Just Eat order took two hours to arrive and turned up stone-cold. Extremely disappointed. We ordered through Just Eat before 9pm, and our dessert (strawberries with a little chocolate and pistachios) took over 2 hours to arrive. After waiting 1 hour 30 minutes, we called and were told it would be another 10–15 minutes — which then turned into another 30 minutes. The driver was their own, not a Just Eat driver.
