This is an awful medical facility. They do not answer their phone. I had to drive from off-post to make an appointment. Nothing was available until over a month later. I come in, on the date and at the time I was told and which I confirmed with the staff. “You don’t have an appointment.” This is fundamentally unacceptable and no way to conduct business, especially when supposed to be serving military. Shame.

What’s the point in having a phone number if you never answer phone? A lot of us go to the field and are instructors/drill. This should be be that hard to try and get ahold of someone to schedule a simple dental appointment.

My dentist was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. I had a very tight timeline that needed to be met. Even with the installation being shut down due to inclement weather they communicated clearly and consistently and was able to get my appointment completed prior to my school. It was definitely a team effort across the clinic to get me in but it was that consistent communication that truly made the impact and showed that my needs were a priority and would be met. Thank you.
