My first time getting a waxing service, Cass was so warm and welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. Her studio is super cool too! So many cool decorations and products. Her skin care products are also amazing and I appreciate the quality of them and how they’ve made my skin feel. I would so come back here and would recommend her to anyone.
Incredible small business, very clean and personable! Cass is the perfect person to give off a relaxing and real vibe during all her services. I have been coming to her for years and will continue to come even when I live hours away! Highly recommend Cass for any and all of her services, including her candles, oils, soaps, and more! Cass did a phenomenal job taking care of my back. It was a supportive experience for my first time getting my back waxed and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any skincare service!
I just have the most amazing experience at Love Cass skincare. I got the holistic facial from Cass herself and it was fantastic!! My skin is looking and feeling so good. I left feeling so relaxed. The vibe is spot on. And she has the coolest products for sale. Highly recommend!!
Cass is incredibly warm and kind. She’s also detail-oriented and I’m very happy with my wax. There was an initial booking issue due to technology, but she corrected the issue and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.
