You have a black woman working there who is very rude and nasty to a handicapped friend of mine in Cheyenne. She is in the wrong job field.
Staff is mindless and does not watch their clients carefully by any means. One client who was not being properly supervised purposely pushed a sick elderly lady head first into a chair in a fit of rage. Staff should have been watching him in order to prevent the situation.
