I did my first ever bridal appointment here and Kelly was amazing. The area at the back of the shop for trying on dresses was comfortable and private, and Kelly made great suggestions for what to try next based on what I did and didn’t like about each dress.

Great experience at Love Bridal! Kelly helped me the find the dress that completely suits me and couldn’t be happier. She was also very helpful in suggesting which alterations would make the most sense when I picked up my dress. Love Bridal has very friendly staff and a good selection. I strongly recommend.

Very disappointing! Travelled all the way down for my appointment, only to be told it was cancelled because I asked about the cancellation policy — but I never cancelled it! No email confirmation was sent. They offered to rebook, but the experience was already ruined, so I cancelled in the end.

The selection at Love bridal is vast, they have exclusive dresses you won’t find elsewhere. I found the dress of my dreams…Thanks to Laura and the girls. They were AMAZING. Laura gave constructive feedback and compliments and helped me decide on a dress that suited my body shape. She was extremely patient. I highly recommend Love Bridal Crystal Palace.
