I used Love Blooms for my wedding this past weekend and what a complete crap show. The level of professionalism from Katrina and her team was nonexistent. The communication I had with Katrina was appalling when it came to the rentals I needed for my wedding. I went the Friday before my wedding last week to pickup the items and not only were the items dirty, scratched, and not what the images online showed but my now husbands name was spelled incorrectly on our welcome sign. Didn’t have the best experience. Didn’t meet expectations. Doesn’t initiate meetings or conversations. Lack of communication without confirming last details with me even though I communicated it. Overpriced. Underwhelmed with the wedding look. Design was ok. Would not recommend.
It was impressive how bad Katrina’s mood was all day. She was rude to myself (the bride), my mother in law, and my bridesmaids. She made all my bridesmaids feel terrible for doing an outfit change, even making one cry, when it was my idea all along. She showed up over an hour late on wedding day. We used Love Blooms for the florals and decor in our May wedding, and we could not have had a more wonderful experience! The space was truly transformed by their gorgeous work, and they took every idea we had and made the setting even more beautiful than we had envisioned. Even though we ultimately didn’t move forward with a day-of coordinator, I had a great experience speaking with Katrina during our consultation. She came highly recommended and brought a knowledgeable, professional, and kind presence to the conversation. She asked thoughtful questions that helped clarify what we were looking for, and her insight gave me so much to consider as we explored our options. I'm grateful for the time she took with us and would absolutely recommend her to others.
