I had the absolute best experience with Muse. They were so attentive, caring, and accommodating along the way. I went with the designer Andria Bird, who I later had the designer do alterations to the gown at their Mystic location (Lovebird bridal). Andria designed both my dress and a matching veil (both were STUNNING). For a full custom gown and veil, the cost was so much better than other bridal salons and it was completely custom to my taste. Truly WOW is all I can say about this wonderful, small, local, woman-owned bridal shop. I had an incredible experience at Muse Bridal for my wedding gown! Katie was down-to-earth, warm, and patient, making the entire shopping experience stress-free. I had a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Muse Bridal Shop. From day one, the team was friendly, hospitable, and attentive to my needs. They made me feel welcome and accommodated every custom request, no matter how challenging. My wedding dress turned out to have a stunning design, immaculate quality, and intricate details. Plus, it was so comfortable! Skip all the other bridal stores and go straight to Muse Bridal Shop. After visiting several bridal boutiques in both NY and CT, I can confidently say Muse is the best of all!
