We made an appointment for 5:30, and they did not respect that we had an appointment. Mayra girl was dyeing someone hair, so we waited. Then a female came in after us waiting for 30 minutes and let her go and said she gonna dye her hair quickly when all we wanted was a HAIRCUT. Hair coloring takes way longer than a simple haircut. Don’t recommend!! They’re not organized!

I went to this salon under recommendation and it was honestly the worst experience I've had at a hair dresser. Even with telling the stylist everything that I didn't like for my hair, she decided her own way of attending to my hair. I had told her that I didn't like the way that she had colored my hair and instead of doing the full fix, she tried to fix in patches rather than the whole thing. Honestly I’m not one to ever leave a review like this but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that the first time was just a one time mistake but I was wrong.I went in today for a haircut and blow dry but for my bangs and I showed the hair stylist how I wanted my bangs cut and she was telling me that it was good and she can do it and I fully trusted her because she was so sweet and kind. Mayra always does an awesome job I always get a lot of compliments on my hair. She always takes the time and even when it’s busy, she make sure that all her customers are getting taken care of. I love that she goes to school to learn how to be better. It just shows that she really cares about her customer and I’ve been coming here for a few years and I love my hair every single time I feel brand new.
