Christina was INCREDIBLE to work with. We started seeing her just a few days postpartum and learned soooo much just from the initial visit. I loved how I had online access to all our notes, baby’s growth chart, videos/resources/recommendations…the works! I also loved being able to send a message in the portal at any time. I am so glad that I found Love At First Latch before my baby arrived. I had filled out the new patient paperwork in advance and when things weren't going well on day 3, Jeanette was there to save the day. I am sure that we would have given up on breastfeeding if it weren't for her support. Our journey included a tongue tie, a stint of exclusive pumping, and navigating pain from an initial poor latch. Both Christina and Kelsey helped me and my baby so much. We had inflammation issues (recurrent clogged ducts and mastitis), supple issues and latch issues. I would have given up so many times without them. They quite literally saved our breastfeeding journey. I’m now clog free and mostly breastfeeding and supplementing minimally! They are so supportive and very invested! Highly recommend.
Kelsey was amazing to work with during our breastfeeding journey. She felt calm and welcoming from the start. She had endless tips and information that I had never known and this wasn’t my first time breastfeeding. I’m so glad I went to her!
