I wanted to leave this review as testimony to the skin wizard Cynthia is! From the product recommendations that she suggested I have seen massive improvement to my skin! Now we are on a skin plan for anti-aging and other little things. I couldn’t be more excited to invest in my skin, especially when I have already seen results. It was LOVE ❤️ at First Facial! Cynthia gave me the best facial experience I've had in LA. She really listened to my skin concerns and tailored the facial perfectly. She combines expertise with a warm, calming presence and gentle touch (so much so, that I fell asleep!) I can’t wait to see her again :)
Cynthia is so welcoming; from the first moment I met her I felt comfortable and trusting of her recommendations and space. I love how authentic she is. Since her service is priced at a set rate, she recommends what your skin needs, and with your permission, does just that! No extra fee or anything. It feels genuine and intuitive and exactly what my skin needs!
I had an incredible experience getting a facial here. I have done facials at 5 star resort/spas and this one was probably one of the best ones I’ve ever had. Cynthia used the best products and technology, explained everything she was doing, and kept me relaxed the whole time. She even recommended me products to use at the end so I can continue having glass skin. Would highly recommend!
I just had a wonderful and relaxing and thorough facial. I have had facials for ever but this was the best! so glad I found Love at First Facial!
