Jen was amazing. Very down to earth and comforting. She explained everything so well. The bed and atmosphere were so inviting and cozy. My husband was just as involved as I was, making it a memorable experience for him too. We got the 3d/4d customized experience with digital recording and heartbeat keepsake stuffed animal added on.
