Super rude employees. Visited store today, was not approached by either of the 2 staff members to offer help. Overpriced. Would not go back.
Laura was phenomenal, I came in having a tremendously bad day and the moment I stepped in and got a chance to speak to her about what I was looking for she immediately sensed the perfect stone that would help ease my troubles, she brought out a bunch to have me look through but the one she was talking about heavily was the one I went with! This is an incredible store. Not only do I really love the merchandise, but the staff goes beyond customer service. Today I lost the bag with my purchases in it and went running back to the store. I had not left it there so went in search of the missing bag. A staff member left the store and also went looking. When she found it, she took it to guest services where I was able to retrieve it. Very grateful for this exemplary service.
Every time I've come to this store, regardless of who's working that day, everyone has been friendly and welcoming. So I decided I should leave a review at this point! Highly recommend coming here, they have a great selection of stuff
