As a man in my 60's that enjoys being very active, I turned to Regina for Ayervedic treatment regarding a drop in my energy and overall vitality. She created a protocol of herbal supplements customized just for me. She also gave me direction on what foods to avoid and what foods to eat. We truly are what we eat and Ayercedic medicine determines what you need. My energy is off the charts. I am feeling revitalized in a every way a man would want! Thank you to Regina!
